The Pipedrive integration shows billing data directly on each organization in Pipedrive, keeps customer records in sync in both directions, and opens the Fynn quote editor with the right customer pre-selected. All with a single click.

What the integration offers

Billing panel on organizations

Inside the organization view in Pipedrive you see the current subscription status, open and paid invoices (including a note when a payment plan is active), recent payments, and current quotes.

Quick actions

Directly from the panel: resend an invoice, send a payment method link to the customer, or cancel a subscription at the next possible date.

Create and edit quotes

One click in the panel opens the Fynn quote editor with the matching customer already pre-selected. Existing quotes open the same way.

Customer sync

Fynn customers and Pipedrive organizations stay in sync automatically. New organizations in Pipedrive can be created directly as Fynn customers; company name changes are transferred in both directions.

Connect Pipedrive

1

Open the integrations page

In the Fynn app, open Settings and navigate to Integrations. Select Pipedrive.
2

Authorize via OAuth

Click Connect Pipedrive. You will be redirected to Pipedrive to grant Fynn the required permissions. After confirming, Pipedrive redirects you back to Fynn automatically.
3

Set up the integration

After connecting, Fynn automatically sets up the necessary fields and webhooks in your Pipedrive account. This happens in the background and takes only a few seconds.
4

Done

The billing panel will now appear on every Pipedrive organization linked to a Fynn customer.

Configuration

On the Pipedrive integration settings page you will find two sync options:
When enabled, Fynn automatically creates a new customer whenever an organization is created or updated in Pipedrive and no Fynn customer is linked yet. Without this option, linking only starts when you manually create a customer in Fynn and the sync finds a matching organization.
When bidirectional sync is on, Fynn also pushes customer name changes back to Pipedrive. Without this option, changes only flow from Pipedrive to Fynn.

Create and edit quotes directly in Pipedrive

Quotes are created and built right inside Pipedrive, without switching apps. One click in an organization’s action menu opens the full Fynn quote editor in a focused window, with no left navigation. You work in the real editor, just embedded.
1

Create a quote

On an organization, open the action menu and choose the Fynn action to create a quote. Fynn immediately creates a draft for the linked customer and opens it in the editor, with no intermediate step.
2

Build the quote

In the embedded editor you add line items, pricing, terms, and text as usual. Changes are saved automatically.
3

Edit an existing quote

Reopen an existing quote through the quote action to land right back in the editor window and keep working on it.
If the organization is not yet linked to a Fynn customer, a hint takes you to the configuration first. Once the link is in place, the action opens the editor directly.

Billing panel

The panel in Pipedrive shows for each linked organization: Using the action buttons in the panel you can resend an invoice, send a payment method link to the customer, or cancel a subscription, all without leaving Pipedrive.

Billing progress in Pipedrive

The billing panel in Pipedrive also shows the billing progress for the linked organization: how much has already been invoiced and, for contracts with a fixed total volume, how much is still outstanding. For open-ended subscriptions without a fixed contract volume, only the amount already invoiced is shown. There is no meaningful target amount to display.
Billing progress appears automatically in the panel as soon as invoices exist for the customer in Fynn.

Notes

For new organizations without an email address stored in Pipedrive, Fynn initially sets a placeholder email. You can update the actual billing email directly in the customer profile in Fynn.
The Fynn customer name and Pipedrive organization name are kept in sync. Additional fields (contact person, email, phone) are not synced at this time.
The integration requires an active Pipedrive account and permission to create organization fields and webhooks in Pipedrive. Make sure your Pipedrive user has these rights before connecting.
