Fynn provides an extensive set of reporting tools and allows you to view important metrics to make informed decisions for the growth of your business. The reports are accessible upon request via the Reporting menu item.

Reports

The available reports can be exported as CSV files and can therefore be easily shared within your company or processed further in other tools.

re:cap Reports

The re:cap reports provide a comprehensive overview of contracts and documents that can be used for upload to re:cap for financing and liquidity management. The export contains two CSV files in a ZIP file:
  • Contracts: Contains all subscriptions with details such as customer information, contract status, billing periods, and next billing date
  • Invoices: Contains all documents with details such as number, customer, service period, invoice date, due date, and status
Both files are provided as a ZIP archive and can be downloaded directly. The export is prepared in the background and you will receive an email as soon as the download is ready.

API

All important metrics from the Dashboard are also available via the API and can therefore be integrated into other tools. Use the Analytics endpoint or alternatively the Subscription Revenue for MRR, Churn, etc.

Tableau / PowerBI

For more in-depth analysis, more comprehensive data can be integrated into tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Here, more extensive data is provided in real-time and is therefore flexible and individually customizable. Please contact us to discuss the integration.
